For the paper bag rope, there are contton string, twisted string, PP string, Silk String, PP webing robe, ribbon, PVC tube, twisted paper string and leather rope. For rope handles, 3 types of materials are mostly used, the nylon, cotton and the paper. Among these materials, the nylon has the best durability and endurance; the cotton rope handle is the most popular handles used for the paper bag, which has the most wonderful touch in hand; and the paper rope handle can make the paper bag like a piece of great artwork with the help of the top packaging designers.
 
Apply the Proper Finish
The printing finish adds a luxurious quality feel, turning the ordinary paper bag into an extrodinary artwork.
The laminating makes the paper bag water-proof and more durable. With the glossy laminating, the paper bag will look very shiny, clear and eye-catching. The matte laminating gives the paper bag a very smooth and soft texture, looking more elegant and luxurious.

Purchase Order Detials:
Custom order Minimum 100pcs: Due to the various finish that might be applied on the brush, the machine setup cost for the brush is usually very high, 400-600USD. Therefore, our minimum order quantity will be 1000 pieces if you would like to place an order.Production Turn-around Time: Hand work is an important part in the mass production of the rigid box. And the workers need wrap the liner paper carefully and slowly to assure the quality. Therefore, we usually needs at least 2 weeks to finish the production.
Port: Most of our cardboard boxes are exported through the Shenzhen port.
Sample Making: The sample making usually takes around a week. The cost will be around 100 USD.
Payment Method: Paypal is preferred for sample making feels payment. And wire transfer (30-50% T/T) to our company bank account are preferred for the mass production. Also L/C is accepted for the big orders.
